Evergreen Employee Benefits

Evergreen employees are able to take advantage of a wide range of health, financial and lifestyle benefits, with options that address the needs of singles, couples and families. Benefits may vary for those covered by union contracts; refer to your contract for specific benefits.

Eligibility

• Eligible employees are active employees scheduled to work at least 17.5 hours a week, depending on your position.
• Coverage begins the first of the month following or coincident with your date of hire.
• Eligible dependants include your spouse or domestic partner (same or opposite sex); you, your spouse or your domestic partner's unmarried children (who are younger than age  19 and primarily dependent on you for maintenance and support; younger than age 24 if they rely on you for half of their financial support and are full-time students enrolled in an accredited educational institution) you, your spouse or your domestic partner's unmarried children of any age if they are mentally or physically disabled.
