Outstanding Achievement for Cancer Care
Evergreen is one of only two hospitals in Washington state to receive the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons.
The Evergreen Cancer Program was recognized for the highest level of excellence in providing cancer care to its patients.
The Commission on Cancer is a consortium of professional organizations dedicated to improving survival rates and quality of life for cancer patients through monitoring comprehensive and quality care, standard-setting, prevention, research and education.
