This community partnership helps low income, uninsured community residents get access to appropriate and necessary primary and specialty health services.

Bilingual Spanish Outreach Staff

This staff participates in community venues and events, helping connect those with no insurance to either the state's Basic Health Plan or the Children's Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program.

Patient Navigation Team

Social workers provide assistance and answers to all kinds of questions about obtaining insurance or charity care to accessing baby supplies to adult respite care.
