Our programs are designed to enhance all aspects of a healthy community. Classes run the gamut from parenting and safety education to meditation, exercise and the management of chronic health conditions.

Diabetes Education is an outpatient education program for people diagnosed with diabetes, covering everything they need to know about managing the disease.
The program uses a series of self care modules that covers medication and diet management, exercise, stress management and lifestyle changes.
The Grief and Bereavement program provides compassionate support for family members. Levy funds help underwrite care for those who cannot afford it.
The Booth Gardner Parkinson's Care Center is the region's only full service evaluation and treatment program for Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders.
