Support for the Elderly and Disabled

Whenever special needs arise as a result of aging, illness or disability, Evergreen Care Network (ECN) social workers and nurses create a network of support from the many social and health services that exist in the community, enabling people to live as independently as possible.

ECN partners with internal Evergreen programs as well as programs in the broader community.

ECN's ongoing client assistance contributes to individual client's well-being as well as benefits the overall community by providing quality in home case management allowing elders and disabled persons to remain in their own homes and not rely on more expensive, taxpayer funded residential care.
