Represents Bothell/Duvall/Woodinville
Board member since 1980
A life-long resident of the Northshore area, Commissioner DeYoung has been involved in community affairs since elected to the Northshore School District board of directors in 1968. He is active in many community organizations, including the Northshore Kiwanis, Woodinville Chamber of Commerce, the Woodinville Downtown Property Owners Association and the Northshore Planning Committee.

Jeanette Greenfield was a 14-year participant in Evergreen's Community Advisors program before being appointed to fill a Board vacancy. Commissioner Greenfield earned her MBA in 1987. Having recently retired from the banking industry, her history includes 30 years of non-profit management and over eight years in banking and finance. Greenfield has served on many local boards and committees, including the King County Children & Family Commission, Eastside Human Services Forum, and King County United Way.

Board member since 1984
A resident of the Kirkland area for more than 30 years, Rebecca Hirt worked part-time at Evergreen Hospital Medical Center as a medical technologist before joining the Board. She earned her MBA in 1990, and is active in community parks and land use issues, and with the local chapter of the American Association of University Women. She is also Trustee Chair for Region 9 of the American Hospital Association's committee on governance.

Prior to becoming a Commissioner, Auggie Kempf was a 10-year participant in Evergreen's Community Advisors program. He has also served on the Evergreen Healthcare Foundation Board of Trustees since 1996. Commissioner Kempf is president of Kempf and Company, an insurance, investment and financial planning firm. He is a past president of the Redmond Chamber of Commerce, and is actively involved in several other community organizations.

Chuck Pilcher retired in 2008 after 35 years of service in the Emergency Department at Evergreen Hospital. During that time, Dr. Pilcher served as medical director of both the ED and Evergreen Medic One, as President of the Evergreen Medical Staff, and as a board member of the Evergreen Healthcare Foundation. Dr. Pilcher is also active in the community, serves as a volunteer physician at Camp Korey in Carnation, and donates his time for medical missions to underserved countries.
