In event of inclement weather:

The CME program will follow the Lake Washington School District inclement weather closure information. If schools open one hour late, or are cancelled, then no Grand Rounds will take place on that day. Every effort will be made to reschedule the presentation.


Where can I find a complete list of courses available through Evergreen CME?

How do I obtain a transcript of the Category 1 CME activities that I have attended at Evergreen?

For transcript information from 2005 to the present, please call the CME office, and request a transcript, leaving the exact years that you would like this to cover. Transcripts for re-licensure will be mailed or faxed. Please leave the mailing address or FAX number that you would like this sent to.


I was told that some activities are recorded. How may I view these?

Please visit the Evergreen Physician Portal to click on the links for these taped presentations. A complete list will appear, from which you can select the topic of interest to you.


Are credits available to viewing recorded CME on line?

At the present time, recorded CME's are not accredited for AMA PRA Category 1 CME creditsTM


I have an idea for a CME educational activity which may benefit the medical community at Evergreen. Who do I talk to?

How many credits must I complete to maintain my relicensure?

Licensed physicians must complete 200 hours of continuing education every four years as required in chapter 246-12 WAC, Part 7. For more information, please visit http://www.doh.wa.gov/hsqa/MQAC/PhysicianEdu.htm

I have a special need. Who do I contact?

We provide individuals with disabilities reasonable accommodations to participate in CME activities. Individuals with disabilities who require an accommodation to participate in a CME activity should contact the CME office at 425.899.1853.
