Evergreen's Postpartum Care Center helps new parents bridge the gap between hospital and home - easily and safely.

Your Appointment

All new parents leave the hospital with a Postpartum Care Center appointment scheduled three to four days out.

Our nurse specialist will examine both baby and mother to make sure they are mending and thriving. If a problem is identified, the nurse specialist will contact your baby's care provider right away.

This is also an opportunity to ask any questions that have popped up since you took your baby home.

After your visit, you'll be reassured that your baby is healthy and that you are on the mend.

Sunday - Closed

Postpartum Care Center services are available to all families, whether they gave birth at Evergreen or elsewhere. The visit's fee is minimal, and may be covered by your health insurance.
