The Healthcare Access Program partners with many community organizations to assist low income and uninsured residents of Evergreen's service district who face barriers in accessing affordable and quality health and social services.
Our programs are supported by tax levy funds, and serve residents living in cities within King County Public Hospital District No. 2.
Our Information and Assistance social workers help people access and navigate the health care system. We serve people of all ages who have health insurance, financial or social services needs; we help them access a network of support from various services that exist in the community.
