The Booth Gardner Parkinson's Care Center offers specific programs to help patients living with Parkinson's disease enhance their quality of life. We have tailored our programs for patients who live locally as well as for those who live at a distance.
A two-day appointment designed especially for patients who live at a distance from the clinic but would like to take advantage of our team approach. It includes both medical evaluation and our rehabilitation team members.
Spasticity may be caused by diseases such as cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, stroke, spinal cord injury and brain trauma.
Offers botox and myobloc treatment for patients with spasticity and dystonia.
A half day clinic for the administration of the initial dose of Apokyn for patients considering additional medication options for their Parkinson's disease.
Services to diagnose and treat problems relating to thinking skills and psychological difficulties such as anxiety or depression.
Provides an extensive medical and rehabilitation evaluation by our movement disorder neurologist and physical therapist to evaluate and treat gait and balance problems.
