Care Partner Support Group

Find comfort and strength with other spouses and partners, as you learn new resources and make new connections. Share your story and learn new ways to meet the challenges MS brings to a relationship.

Evergreen Men's Group

Feeling like your world is a little out of control? Your body and brain are in a conspiracy not to work together and make your life miserable? Come join other men with neurological concerns to explore what is happening to our minds and bodies as we look for ways to cope and to thrive in spite of our limitations.

Evergreen Women's Group

Neurological conditions present unique challenges that can affect how your mind and body are working and how you interact with the world around you. Join other women facing similar challenges to share ideas and experiences, and support each other. We will talk not only about how to cope with problems, but also how to maximize quality of life.

More than 40 self-help groups across Western and Central Washington, Montana, and Alaska give people with MS the chance to meet and talk with others who share their challenges and successes. The chapter also sponsors groups serving those with specific interests, such as caregivers, LGBT, men, mothers, and young adults.

Peer Support: Someone to Listen

Do you have questions: Want help finding resources? Need someone to listen? Then get connected with a trained volunteer, living with MS and find the support you are looking for. Through regular phone conversations, participants and peers discuss such things as employment concerns, disclosing a diagnosis, doping with fatigue, pain or other symptoms, MS treatment options, finding resources, and managing relationships with family and friends.
