Admission Criteria
Palliative Care is appropriate for patients who have a complex, progressive, life-limiting condition who may be experiencing one or more of the following:
- Declining ability to complete activities of daily living
- Continuing need for pain and symptom relief
- Uncertainty regarding prognosis or goals of care
- Psychosocial, existential and spiritual concerns
Evergreen Palliative Care serves residents of King and Snohomish Counties.
