Clinical Driver’s Screening

If you are concerned that you or your loved one is at risk for driving, refer them for a clinical driving evaluation with our specially trained occupational therapists. 

The driving evaluation is done over two days, one hour each day, and includes these components:

• A visual screen
• Computerized testing to assess selected and divided attention, as well as concentration
• A full, detailed report is sent to the referring doctor for the patients medical chart

We do not perform on the road testing, but can refer patients to several locations that do.

We can also provide alternative transportation resources to help patients who are no longer able to drive.
