The Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic is a part of Evergreen Rehabilitation Services, located in the state-of-the-art DeYoung Pavilion, adjacent to Evergreen Hospital. By bringing our key rehabilitation services together under one roof, we are able to coordinate complex rehab treatment plans with our team.
The Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic includes two rehabilitation physiatrists. In addition to inpatient, stroke and general rehabilitation, Dr. P. Chuwn Lim has experience in spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, spasticity, Phenol and Botox injections, electrodiagnostic studies and Intrathecal Baclofen. Dr. Ryan Zehnder’s clinical interests include neurological/stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and non-operative management of joint pain and musculoskeletal injuries.
Insurance often covers our clinical services. We’ll even help you seek authorization for our services.
