
Medical Director Acute Rehabilitation Unit & Outpatient Rehabilitation Medicine Services
Dr. Lim comes to Evergreen from Harborview Medical Center, where he was the medical director of both inpatient rehabilitation and stroke rehabilitation. He was also an acting assistant professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington.
In addition, Dr. Lim has experience in spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, spasticity, Phenol & Botox injections, electrodiagnostic studies and Intrathecal Baclofen.
He is board certified with the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Lim’s special interests include providing neuromuscular rehabilitation to a variety of patients with a particular interest in those recovering from stroke.
Dr. Zehnder joins Evergreen after completing both his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington in 2011. He also received his medical degree from University of Washington School of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Zehnder is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Association of Academic Physiatrists.
His clinical interests include neurological/stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and non-operative management of joint pain and musculoskeletal injuries.
Dr. Zehnder’s practice philosophy is focused on empowering patients through education. He strives to involve patients and families in the medical decision making process and guide them through their recovery and treatments.
