My goal is to provide each patient with individualized tools necessary to manage his/her own health and improve his/her quality of life, regardless of the medical circumstances, wihle not forsaking personal values.  I, in turn, have learned enormously from the experiences of my senior patients for over 27, and for that I am grateful.

Philosophy of Care
I am committed to providing individualized care to seniors while incorporating their personal values and "life views" into any medical decisions.  I especially enjoy providing care to patients with dementia and helping those who are facing end-of-life decisions.

Medical Degree: University of Washington

Reza Tabibi, MD

Philosophy of Care
I find it rewarding to work with the elderly population--listening to and learning from them.  Most of my patients are the same age as my parents and I treat them as I would treat my parents.  Before sharing any thoughts with a patient who is facing a medical decision, I always ask myself what would I recommend to my mother or father?  My goal is to focus on both the patient's function and quality of life.  I prefer a holistic approach.  I do my best to address the psychosocial needs of the patient in addition to his or her medical needs.

Medical Degree: Tehran University of Medical Sciences
Residency: William Beaumont Hospital/Michigan
Certification: Geriatric Medicine and Family Practice

Stephen Price, PA-C

Philosophy of Care
I enjoy working with people who have accumulated a lifetime of memories and experiences.

Bachelors Degree: Duke University
Certification: National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants

Jessa Nunley, ARNP

Philosophy of Care
Working with older adults has been my passion since caring for my own grandfather in the final months of his life.  I make an effort to ensure the best quality of life for my patients by providing the kind of care I would want for my own family.  As a member of an interdisciplinary team which incorporates medical doctors, a nurse practitioner, a physician assistant, a pharmacist, social workers, nurses, and medical assistants, it is clear to me on a daily basis that I'm contributing to a model of care that is much bigger than anything I could do alone.

Bachelors Degree: University of Washington
Certification: Adult Nurse Practitioner
