Wellness Programs

Safety and Emergency Education

Please Note: These classes are part of our Corporate Wellness Program for businesses. If you want to register for an individual CPR or First Aid class, please visit our Health Class section.


All first aid and CPR classes meet content and teaching standards set by the WISHA and OSHA. We provide all necessary equipment, textbooks and supplies.


Emergency Preparedness

This course includes a brief overview of natural disaster concerns in our area, response during a disaster, how to prepare yourself, your family and your workplace to minimize potential loss, and how to manage the first 72 hours after a disaster.

Duration: 1-2 hours
Cost: Free


First Aid and CPR/AED*     

Comprehensive course that covers adult, child and infant CPR, barrier devices, accident prevention, use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and basic first aid. Participants receive a CPR and first aid card valid for two years.

Certification: ASHI
Duration: 6.5 hours
Cost: $50 per person


Adult CPR/AED*     

Comprehensive course that covers adult CPR, barrier devices, accident prevention and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants receive a CPR and first aid card valid for two years

Certification: AHA or ASHI
Duration: 3 hours
Cost: $35 per person


Adult, Child and Infant CPR

Comprehensive course that covers adult, child and infant CPR, barrier devices, accident prevention and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants receive a CPR and first aid card valid for two years

Certification: AHA or ASHI
Duration: 4 hours
Cost: $35 per person


Infant Child CPR*

Learn to prevent accidental injuries and deaths, plus CPR, choking management and household safety information. Participants receive a CPR card valid for two years.

Certification: AHA or ASHI
Duration: 3.5 hours
Cost: $30 per person


Healthcare Provider CPR*

Includes CPR, airway obstruction, barrier devices and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants receive a health care provider CPR card valid for two years.

Certification: AHA or ASHI
Duration: 3.5 hours
Cost: $50 per person


Blood Borne Pathogens

Exposures to blood and other body fluids occur across a wide variety of occupations. Health care workers, emergency response and public safety personnel, and other workers can be exposed to blood through needlestick and other sharps injuries, mucous membrane, and skin exposures. The pathogens of primary concern are the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B virus (HBV), and hepatitis C virus (HCV). Workers and employers are urged to take advantage of available engineering controls and work practices to prevent exposure to blood and other body fluids.

Pet First Aid

Keep your pet safe and healthy by learning how to identify and respond to pet emergencies.

Certification: ASHI
Duration: 3 hours
Cost: $30 per person


First Aid for Coaches

For parents who coach recreational teams. Covers common sports injuries, treatment, and prevention. Includes fanny pack first aid kit.

Certification: ASHI
Duration: 6 hours
Cost: $45 per person
