The Center for Continence and Pelvic Health at Evergreen Healthcare has changed effective Jan. 27, 2012.

The center is now closed. Patients needing diagnosis and treatment for pelvic floor disorders can call the Evergreen Healthline at 425.899.3000 for a referral to a specialist for

  • Stress incontinence
  • Urge incontinence
  • Bowel incontinence
  • Uterine prolapse
  • Emptying disorders

The physical therapists specializing in pelvic floor disorders are now be located in Evergreen’s Rehabilitation Services Department located in the DeYoung Pavilion adjacent to Evergreen Hospital. Free parking is available in the DeYoung Pavilion underground garage.
