Care Where You Live
We believe that hospice patients should be as comfortable as possible, and for most people this means staying at home. Evergreen Hospice can provide care wherever you live, including:
- Your home
- Nursing homes
- Retirement centers
- Adult family homes
Our hospice team makes regular visits, and is on-call 24 hours a day to meet the health needs of patients.
Care at Our Inpatient Center
When care cannot be managed in the patient's residence, the hospice team may suggest inpatient care at the Gene and Irene Wockner Hospice Center, which is located on the campus of Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland. The center provides short term care to relieve symptoms.
It's a warm and home-like place for family and friends to gather and visit, with comfortable living spaces, outdoor spaces and full kitchens.
